Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through Cashfree. Prices are listed in INR. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

Content you create using our tools (pitch decks, listings) belongs to you. VISNEST retains rights to the platform, templates, and AI-generated formatting.

Limitation of Liability

VISNEST is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
